PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Here are some directions we recommend following BEFORE coming to your appointment.
Drinking water
Drink LOTS of water (100+ ounces the day before & day of your appointment is recommended).
The more hydrated you are, the more hydrated the nerves of your teeth will be which will decrease the chance of sensitivity.
Eat a meal
Eat before you come, because we recommend waiting 2 hours after your appointment before eating.
Do not brush
Do NOT brush or floss your teeth for 6 hours before your appointment.
Brushing and flossing may lift the gums away from the teeth and cause micro-cuts on the gums potentially causing more sensitivity.
