PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Drink LOTS of water (100+ ounces the day before and day of your appointment is recommended).

The more hydrated you are, the more hydrated the nerves of your teeth will be which will decrease the chance of sensitivity.

Eat before you come, because we recommend waiting 2 hours after your appointment before eating.

Do NOT brush or floss your teeth at least 6 hours before your appointment.

Brushing and flossing may lift the gums away from the teeth and cause micro-cuts on the gums potentially causing more sensitivity.

POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Continue drinking plenty of water following your appointment to reduce any chance of sensitivity.

Avoid food and drinks (other than water) for the next 2 hours. Do not smoke or chew tobacco for at least 2 hours.
