Frequently Asked Questions
Is professional teeth whitening safe?

Yes, our gel does not change or damage the structure of the teeth; it merely lifts and removes the stains, making your teeth whiter. Plus, our equipment is FDA approved and has been used throughout the dental and cosmetic industry for years.

How long does an appointment take?

The best part about our service is that this is all done in ONE 90-minute appointment! You undergo three 20-minute sessions where you can just relax in our massage chairs and use our Bluetooth noise-canceling headphones. You’ll walk out with your brightest smile after just one appointment. Touch-up appointments take 30- 45 minutes.

Does it hurt or cause sensitivity?

Most clients experience little to no sensitivity because our products are all-natural and organic, and do not cause any damage to the enamel. A small percentage may feel some sensitivity, but it is short term and gone within 24-48 hours. We recommend drinking LOTS of water the day before and after your appointment, because hydration will help to minimize sensitivity. If you are at all concerned, we offer a desensitizing gel to help.

How much whiter will my teeth get?

Everyone’s teeth are different and will have a natural stopping point. Individual results will depend on your current tooth shade and composition of teeth, but we see an average improvement of 3 to 8 shades during a client’s first visit. We will take before and after photos AND compare your teeth to our tooth shade guide so you can see your results!

How long does the whitening last?

Individual results will vary and depends on your diet and lifestyle, but the average is 3 to 6 months. Our whitening treatments lift years of staining, but it’s natural that some surface staining will return over time. This is why we offer a variety of options to our returning customers, so you can quickly come back for a touch-up to keep your smile bright!

Will this whiten dental work?

Yes, our teeth whitening will remove staining from existing dental work and take it back to the original color. We cannot whiten them beyond the original color of the material used at the time of placement.

Is it safe for nursing or pregnant women?

Yes, all that we ask is that you talk with your OB/GYN and let them know we use food and dental grade hydrogen peroxide.

Is there an age limit?

No, we serve clients of all ages. As long as you have your adult teeth, we can whiten them! Those under 18 years old will need a legal guardian to sign a consent form.
